From Munsyari to the World of Tech
How Yogita Rawat bridged the gap between a remote Himalayan village and deep-tech innovation.
Heart of the Himalayas
Growing up in Munsyari, near India's international border, I was surrounded by nature. But opportunities were scarce. My father, a farmer, and my mother instilled in me the value of hard work.
It was a simple life, but my curiosity was always reaching beyond the hills. As Einstein said, "Curiosity has its own reason for existing."

The Turning Point: USMCIL
"The more that you read, the more things you will know. — Dr. Seuss"
During my B.Sc., attending a USMCIL seminar changed everything. Driven by Udgama and Goljyu Innovations, it was my gateway to deep tech.
I realized that location doesn't define capability. Seeing technology being built by people from my own region gave me the belief that I could do it too.

Growth Through Reading
The Friday book discussions at USMCIL were crucial. Books like Grit and Zero to One shifted my mindset from merely working hard to working with purpose and strategy.

Future Horizons
My journey is proof that no dream is too big. Curiosity and courage are the only vehicles you need. Keep learning, keep growing, and never be afraid to explore.
